Truck Drug Testing LLC takes the privacy of companies and drivers seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

• Company details: company name, DOT number, address, phone, email and contact names.
• Driver details you provide or we receive for testing: name, date of birth, driver’s license details, phone, address, employment status, test orders and results, and Clearinghouse query results.
• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We keep only the card brand or bank name and last 4 digits, and your payment history.
• Website use: basic technical logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in.

How we use it

• To schedule and manage drug and alcohol tests and send authorization forms.
• To receive and release MRO-verified results, run Clearinghouse queries and manage the random testing pool.
• To bill for our services and send account emails such as results, reminders and receipts.
• To meet DOT/FMCSA record-keeping rules and other legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use driver information for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Collection sites, laboratories (such as Quest Diagnostics) and Medical Review Officers, to perform tests.
• The FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse, as DOT rules require.
• The employer that ordered the test, and only authorized people at that company.
• Service providers that run our website and payments (hosting, database, email delivery, maps and Stripe), only as needed to provide the service.
• Authorities, when required by law.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by account, and staff access requires two-step login. We keep testing records for as long as DOT rules require (generally 1 to 5 years depending on the record) and delete them when no longer needed.

Your choices

Companies can view and update their information in the portal. Drivers or companies may ask us to access or correct their information by contacting us; some records must be kept by law.
