Terms of Service
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms apply to the services of Truck Drug Testing LLC (“we”, “us”) and to truckdrugtesting.com and the client portal. By creating an account, scheduling a test or paying, you agree to them on behalf of your company.
1. What we do
We provide U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing services for trucking companies and owner-operators: arranging pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty and follow-up tests at third-party collection sites; Medical Review Officer (MRO) review through our partners; FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse queries; and consortium / third-party administrator (C/TPA) random pool management.
2. Your account
- New accounts are reviewed and approved by our team before use.
- Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity in your company’s account.
- Give us accurate company and driver information and keep it up to date (for example, terminate drivers who leave).
3. Plans and prices
- Owner-Op & Fleet: $109 per driver per year, including one pre-employment urine test and random testing for that driver. Each driver renews automatically one year after they were added to your account, until terminated. A renewal still unpaid 30 days after its renewal date gets a one-time $19.99 late fee.
- Pay Per Test: $79 one-time, including one urine test. Random testing is not included.
- Other tests cost $79 each ($119 for urine and breath alcohol in the same order). Clearinghouse queries cost $8.00 each. The current price is always shown before you pay.
- We may change prices with notice; a new price applies to charges made after the change, including later renewals.
4. Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank account number.
- By saving a payment method you authorize us to charge it for tests and queries you order, plan fees and driver renewals, and payment requests you approve. Bank (ACH) payments can take 3–5 business days to clear.
- Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Your responsibilities as the employer
- You remain responsible for your own compliance with DOT/FMCSA rules (49 CFR Parts 40 and 382), including when a driver may perform safety-sensitive functions. We help you meet these rules but do not make employment decisions for you.
- Send selected drivers for random testing promptly once notified, and before the deadline shown in the portal.
- Get any driver consent that the rules require, for example for full Clearinghouse queries.
6. Results
Drug test results are verified by a Medical Review Officer before they are released to you. Timing depends on collection sites, laboratories and the MRO, so we can’t guarantee turnaround times. Results are confidential and are released only to authorized people as DOT rules allow.
7. Limitation of liability
Collection sites, laboratories and MROs are independent providers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service involved, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Ending service
You may stop using our services at any time; terminate your drivers in the portal so they aren’t renewed. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or misuse. Records are kept as DOT rules require.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. If we update them, the new version is posted here with its date. Questions: contact@truckdrugtesting.com · 267-236-3541.
